Charles and Hudson is a web magazine, dedicated to Do-It-Yourself enthusiasts who seek the latest tools, techniques, and designs for home renovation and remodeling.
Our website is divided into 8 distinct categories;
remodeling, design,
repair & maintenance, tools and products, real estate, restoration, build-it-yourself, and green building.
Each category is updated frequently but you can also search our archives to find exactly what you need to help you with your home project.
Charles and Hudson is based in New York City and was founded in 2005 by Timothy Dahl who is currently the senior web producer of PointClickHome (the online hub of Elle Decor, Metropolitan Home, and HOME magazine) and also contributes to ReadyMade Magazine. Timothy's DIY acumen was shaped by his previous experience as the online producer of This Old House and Ask This Old House. Charles and Hudson is not endorsed by or affiliated with the aforementioned tv show, magazines, or websites in any way.
