Multi-Tool Envy

The ubiquitous Leatherman is a great multi-tool, but I’ll take the Gerber MP-800 Legend over it in a heart beat. Besides an engineered finish that makes the Legend resemble something that Q, 007's gadget man, would stock, this tool is equipped with tungsten-carbide blades that will cut piano wire. But its true beauty is its function. You only need one hand and a flick of the wrist to access its pliers, wire cutter, and blades. No need to fold and unfold with two hands, wasting precious time when you're holding a fixture above your head, or saving the world from evil domination.
