Lead Paint Removal

Lead wasn't banned from house paint until 1978. Which means there are still A LOT of homes out there with lead paint both inside and out. The hazards from lead paint increase each year as the paint deteriorates more and more. Besides a child ingesting paint chips, the dust particles can also be harmful.

Lead paint should only be removed by professionals and the following precautions should be taken by both the contractors and the homeowners.
