We feel the approach the Avis family have taken to living in Montana is unique and more city folk moving or buying second homes in the country should follow their lead. The decision to renovate and re-use the original century-old buildings which are located on 1,200 acres but only 50 yards from the road was inspired by the way the ranchers and families have lived for the past 200 years.
