Restretch Carpet

During a remodel it's often necessary to pull up carpet to install built-in cabinets, shelving, or desks. When removing your current carpet be careful not to tear the edges or the foam padding underneath as you'll need your carpet fully intact to reinstall and restretch the carpet.

You'll need to rent a few carpet specfic tools but you'll save on labor and take pride in knowing you put down the carpet yourself.
