There is a battle brewing across American neighborhoods. Homeowners who "toe the line" and maintain a consistent home color amongst themselves vs. those who prefer a bolder palette when it comes to their abode. HOA's limit this form of self-expression but many older neighborhoods, which often contain historical buildings, aren't bound by these restrictions.
