Feng Shui for Better Sleep

feng-shui-bedroom.jpg

If it's not caffeine, stress, or the baby, your sleepless nights may be due to the restricted flow of "chi" in your bedroom. Based on the Chinese principals of Feng Shui, "the goal is to enhance the flow of chi (life force or spiritual energy), and to create harmonious environments that support health, beckon wealth and invite happiness. At its most basic level, feng shui (pronounced fung shway) is a decorating discipline based on the belief that our surroundings affect us."

Give these Feng Shui techniques a try to open up the flow of chi in your bedroom and sleep like a baby.

I don't understand how Feng
Shui works exactly, but I do
believe in the essence of
one's space. Check out
an article on sacred space at
www.boomercoffeehouse.com.
I wonder if that's what Feng
Shui is about?
