According to Realtor.org, the strength of several foreign currencies has fueled a real estate resurgence among international buyers looking to purchase within the U.S., and especially in Florida. South Beach, Sunny Isles Beach and Doral have attracted buyers from Europe, Scandinavia, Canada, Russia and Venezuela.
