Nailheads: Furniture's Jewelry

New, unique ideas for decorating or refreshing old pieces in your home are always welcome. In the February issue of House Beautiful they have just that. They suggest decorating with nailheads. Transform anything in your house from chairs to end tables to waste baskets.

To do-it-yourself all you need is an upholsterer's hammer and your choice of decorative nailheads. Try looking for some at your local antique shop or others in cool shapes and colors. Get creative with your designs and think out of the box when deciding where to put them.
