The family grill that's survived years of Arizona summers

Remodelista has made it clear they are all in favor of charcoal grills which they claim provide a hotter flame and richer flavor and we couldn't agree more. However we continue to find ourselves reaching for the convenience and simplicity of gas grills that are much easier to use on a daily basis (we grill a lot).

We'd love to splurge on the Big Green Egg which is both smoker and grill but for now our trusty Weber will have to do.
