    I think it can be a good time to buy, but you have to realize that the house will take awhile to appreciate -- can't expect quick appreciation like we saw in recent years. I would bargain and bargain to get the best deal!

    You are right, as there is too much inventory right now. If you can buy at bargain prices and hold it awhile you could do o.k. I'm focusing on renovating my own house instead. Better investment!
