Wing chairs are coming back in style, and should yours need a refresher (or any of your other furniture for that matter) there's always the option of reupholstering it. Professional reupholstery can run you hundreds of dollars, but we all know it's more fun to do it ourselves.

This website provides a great step-by-step, do-it-yourself guide complete with pictures to ease the process. If you don't already have a wingback chair, check your local thrift shop for an antique that you can spruce up with new fabric.

  • Good post overall. Enjoyed reading it.
  • Another very informative and helpful DIY here. Thanks for the post. I'm planning to re-do my old chairs and beanbags. Also, I'm wondering where can I buy foam in case i want to buy for the refill.
