Installing a laundry room facility is often the last step in a home, as it can be expensive.

When you do decide to install your laundry plumbing setup, take the following into consideration:

1. It is easiest to install laundry plumbing in a basement, where you can often take advantage of the plumbing from the kitchen.

2. Set laundry tubs next to a window to take advantage of natural sunlight and ventilation for the dryer, which must vent to the outside of the house.

3. Place laundry tubs and washing machines near a floor drain

4. Both hot and cold water is needed for laundry plumbing

  • That's true that a separate laundry room will cost you more, instead of this one can make use of space near the kitchen so that they can make use of kitchen plumbing to make the installation easier.
  • Hot and cold water are indeed important for laundry. Severe stains on clothes can only be removed by hot water. Moreover, your laundry room facility must have an open area that gets a lot of sunlight. These are the most important factors when it comes to laundry. Your tips are very efficient.
